What Kevin Spacey movie is this? And can someone explain the ending

Caught about an hour of it the other night. Excellent flick. This turd has a job under Spacey as some movie guy or something. Guy is in love with girl. Spacey is talking to guy. Girl calls Spacey. Spacey can't figure out his phone and instead of doing call waiting he does a conference call and invites girl over and doesn't know guy is listening. Guy gets mad. Guy goes to Spacey's house and tortures him. *Spoiler since it was a great flick, don't read*

The girl shows up and there is some talking and guy ends up shooting the girl. Guy and Spacey tell the police that she was the one who tortured him and Guy is promoted.

Ok I get all that and understand. The part I don't get is at the very end Spacey comes by and tells Guy to come with him. Guy tells the person he is talking to that he can't make it for dinner because he has to wrap Christmas presents. Guy goes with Spacey into other room. Movie over. That's the part I don't get.

The Christmas present probably has something to do with Spacey's wife as he was supposed to be wrapping presents the night she was killed. Guy's face looked like he was about to go for a ride on the mantrain though. What was that all about? Thanks.

That wasn't Kevin Spacey. You were watching the GayFun channel again, and it was "Jerboy At The Office"...common, admit it: You didn't say anything about the 'BAD' parts!

:Q

What the ending was supposed to mean. Why did they go into that room and why did the guy say he had to wrap presents (I mean I know he said it to get out of going, by why presents?)

It means he had to take care of business. When Kevin Spacey stayed late that nite his wife died it was because he had to do his job, even though he told her he'd be home on time.
