What jobs provide a good physical workout ?

<----------------------- UPS unloader in the evening. Good physical work, horrible pay, great benefits.
 
A roofer in the summer time, UPS or other breakbulk station loader/unloader in the winter time. There is alot of these in Greensboro, will definitely get you in shape.
 
UPS is always hiring. I work at a place that helps people get jobs, and if UPS isn't hiring now, they will be in a week. Maybe only part-time though.

I had a friend that worked at UPS part time in high school. Over the course of a couple of months he went from scrawny to beefed up.
