what I've learned from talking to smokers

My good friend gets thoes all the time.
Costs him about $350 for a box of 10.
His brother runs a car dealership in florida.
He says he has cubans coming to him asking for any type of running car.
For 100 boxes of cigars.

And man, they are strong.

Another thing a smoker who wants to quit said to me: "Quitting smoking is almost like quitting drinking water." Meaning its becomes a basic need of your body, and if you stop using it you body reacts rather severely!

Do car emmisions add up to 1 in 5 US deaths each year like smoking does? Do we need to smoke to get to work? And fat people only bring harm to themselves while smoking irritates and brings health risks to innocents. The difference is your smoking around others affects their health and liberty.

If smoking didn't cause or contribute to heart problems, cancer, lung problems, tumors etc, if smoking didn't take a way a second-hand victim's sense of smell for a week, if smoking didn't in any way adversly effect other people, it would be a dandy habit.

I realize it's not easy to quit. I know people who've tried dozens of times but came up empty. And every time they fail and become more depressed I question why tobacco companies are still allowed to sell cancer candy to the public. But to downplay and otherwise rationalize the inexcusable is a mistake.

I've heard that somking when you are a teenager can lead to depression. Something about the chemicals and how they react with a developing brain. Its not only chemically addictive but after a while, it becomes second nature. You get use to having one when you get into your car, or get out of class, or finish a paper. It can also be used as an escape from a bad situation, or as a stress reliever when somethin bad happens.

And they are a BITCH to try and break away from.
