OCZ PC3500EL runs great with this board. Corsair 3200LL runs nice as well, but the OCZ outperforms it even though the Corsair has tighter memory timings. Forget whatever you learned about memory timings with Intel chipsets compared to SiS chipsets. Also, TwinMos PC3200 (not 3700) with Winbond BH-5 chips work pretty well also.
With the Corsair LL modules, you "may" need a stick of cheap generic DDR so you can get into the bios to enable manual timings and change the settings to 2/7/2/2 instead of the default 2/6/2/2. 2/7/2/2 is just as fast on the SiS 655 as it is on the Intel chipsets...
