Things with more than 8 legs freak me out. I have some awkward phobia of touching worms.

Ever since I got jumped, I'm terrified of going outside after dark.

Sickness and mental health. I'm a biologist so I spent all my time learning about what can go wrong.

A weird one: Even though I play golf regularly, I still get scared that I'll get hit in the head with a golf ball by some noob.

carnies. circus folk. nomads you know. smell like cabbage. small hands.

jk

bugs pretty much scare the crap out of me.

Swimming in a large body of water like the ocean and something really huge swimming underneath me, like a whale or giant squid.

I would die of a heart attack instantly.

Jellyfish!! Hate them, when i was younger i was in Sweden with my parents and my dad met a family he knew over there, we went to the seaside. The kids didnt speak a word of english and it must have been jellyfish season! We were out on a raft and he picked one up and threw it on my lap, i didnt wanna touch it so i was screaming "GET IT OFF GET IT OFF" and he was just looking at me like "😕"... Ever since then i hate them with a passion.

They look beautiful, for the fact i have seen them in Discovery channel and not for real, i dont have an easy way to see them in my part of the world ...

there nothin special especially if u ever got stung by one

Extreme heights give me vertigo. I gotta get pills from the doctor in order to fly. 🙁

Failure. And I don't like calling people on the phone. And some foods. I got over my fear of spiders, though.

I have the phone thing too. My family and friends think I'm a freak b/c of it, except my sister, who has the same problem.

Also - mayonnaise, cockroaches, broken glass anywhere near my bare feet, and heights on manmade structures (but not airplanes, interestingly enough).

heights when im not strapped into something (like being on top of a building or tall cliff, but i'm fine on a rollercoaster, airplane etc.)
dentist/doctor
the sound of paper ripping😕

I never had an irrational fear. I have a friend who can't even swim in a public pool because of an irrational fear of sharks. I just don't get it.

Lawn mowers: when I was a kid I was playing around where the gardener was and the lawn mower shot out a rock that hit me in the corner of my eye. Now every time I have to walk by one I get soo uncomfortable and put my hands over my face.

Subway train cars are a living nightmare for school girls in Tokyo.

I think an all-female subway is being constructed.
