Mine is just the standard one now but I had a different one when I was in college:

"Hi, you've reached Dave's place. His answering machine is broken, this is the refrigerator. If you'd like to leave a message I'll write it down on one of these post-it notes and stick it to myself with a magnet, and maybe he'll notice it when he gets back."

mine just says "leave a message" in a funny voice..my favorite is to call people and it says automated " hello the person you have reached...and the person says hey this is ___ ____ i cant get to my phone right now leave message and ill get back to you...(automated picks backup) is not available please leave a message after the tone...that CRACKS me up everytime!!! if you wanna be funny put that on ur number!
