You don't have to resort to trickery. If you want to know everyone's penis size just ask.

I know I'm not trying to hide anything

14 and the width just depends on the shoe. My current shoes are 14 D, but I've worn 14 2E as well. I recently purchased a pair of 14 4Es online, so I hope they fit well enough. I do find New Balance shoes to be a bit bigger than brands like Nike.

New Balance are notoriously thin. Surprisingly, I also have a pair of 13 D I got on clearance and they also fit. There is practically no standardization among shoe manufacturers.

US 10 EEEE (4E)

My feet are really wide. Makes finding shoes that fit properly difficult.

10.5.

I've noticed a trend in shoes though...they're sized higher but not necessarily bigger than they were 25 years ago. And I guess shoe size is a status thing now, boys want the biggest shoes possible. My feet are longer and wider than my sons' when our feet are put heel-to-floor but they wear 11-11.5. Growing up I was a 9.5 but I can't wear that size any more.

Huh, I haven't noticed that. I've been wearing pretty much the same stated "size" for 30-ish years now...

I'm a 12.5US, which is really hard to find. 12s are are too small, and 13s cause calluses on the sides of my big toes from the extra space. Sometimes I can find a 12W that fits OK, but most of the time I just deal with 13s and calluses. Those razorblade shaver things work well :)

10.5 4E, used to buy new balance exclusively for years but they seem to be making them narrower the past few years so their 4E's don't fit me as well as they use to, so I have tried other brands/types of shoes since and found asics and nunn bush(in 3E) to be quite comfortable.

6.75"? You gots some really tiny feet there, buck.:D And what exactly does "flaccid" mean in the context of shoe size (which was the actual question in the OP, after all), anyway?:p

I usually end up with 13 4E. I really need something like 12.5 6E which doesn't seem to exist.
