1600x1200 on a 21 inch dual input CRT. Its nice as well because everyone i work for is blind, they can walk in and stare right at my web browser and not tell what the heck is on it.

1280x1024 @ 85Hz/1600x1200 @ 75Hz - NEC Multisync 95. It can do 1920x1440 @ 60Hz and even 2048x1563 @ 60Hz with the aide of powerstrip, but the 60Hz aint good for the eyes!
