on the rare occasions i visit P&N, it immediately stirs up a lot of emotions. i usually dont make it past the first page and end up having to close my browser and let myself settle for a while. sometimes it gets me the highest of highs but other times it gets me the lowest of lows.

atot, what does P&N do to your emotional psyche when you visit it?

Just like any other forum, for amusement. :) I take that everything posted online with a grain of salt.

OP, you're taking this things seriously. Stop and "smell the roses". There are better things to do than visit a forum full of complete strangers, reading their "fake" life stories. You'll be hard pressed to tell the truth from made up stories.

Amusement. The sheer stupidity in P&N is very amusing for me. But it also is disappointing and disgusting seeing the views some people have and the way they behave.

Its a pissing match, I enjoy Discussion Club a lot more, but I still think it needs to be stricter.

Amusement, Enjoyment and Lulz, in that order. (Could only pick one.)

Just keep reminding yourself that none of this is real.

Agree. Just reading some of the threads and posts they do provide me with some good laughs.

I can go to P&N everyday and there is always something so idiotic that entertains me.

You know that feeling you get when you just had the flu, and then you think of eating something greasy?

Like that.

i never understood why people get so serious and hyper after reading something on the internet. I mean c'mon- 'tis the internet. 'nuff said.

When I visit? Disdain. Otherwise, pure apathy. I follow real world news, but I don't give a single fuck what a bunch of zealots on a tech forum have to say about it.

Have read a thread or two there after it thankfully gets moved from OT, never actually went intentionally. Did browse discussion club a bit more, but neither one seemed like a good waste of time like OT - The Garage - PC Gaming - CPUs - C&C - M&S - HT - GH - VC&G, in that order.

disdain, if i've ever heard it.

I don't believe that all of the posters in P&N are just posting for fun and shits and giggles.

There's some serious belief there.

Generally mindblown that people can have such mindblowingly dumb ideas about things.
