Just curious, the general consensus around these parts seems to be Opera, but I'm not sure. I myself am using Firefox 8. Was on the Auroa channel for a while but got sick of the constant updates with no real user benefits as far as I could see.

Firefox 11.0a1 Opera is my second browser. I have a couple others installed, but it's just to keep track of what they're up to. I don't really use them.

Same here, I have one of each of the Major browsers installed just so I can keep track of them.

I switched over to chrome recently. Firefox wants to update way too often and it was being a resource hog.

Chrome does this occasionally too but doesn't seem as bad as firefox was.

Don't know if noscript and adblock are available on any other browser so Firefox it is.

Chrome. Switched to it a while back, and haven't went back.

Firefox 8

Adblock is available for chrome, and it actually works correctly. At one point adblockers would load the ad then hide them, but they actually prevent them from loading now.

ANd, havent checked, but I'm pretty sure there's a noscript for chrome.

I have FF, and occasionally use it, but IE is my workhorse, 8 and 9 (depending on OS). The reason is the highly customized row of direct links and icons to the sites I need to visit often. FF almost gets it, but not quite. I don't game and I don't surf to waste time. For me, it is a question of efficiency. And, I do not use tabs.

Still IE9, 64-bit version.

Secondary browser: IE9, 32-bit version :D

was using Chrome but recently switched back to Firefox 8 which seems to have reigned in its memory consumption and speed issues.

Nope! Those are stock icons - I will only use my custom icons. I see you have a Google icon twice. They are also missing text labels. Not acceptable to me. :)

Not sure about the custom icons, but the text pops up on mouseover. That's specifically why I use that, so I can fit more bookmarks in less space.

Yes, it can be done - this is my FF header. But, it is a heckuva lot more fiddly and work through layers to get it. Mouse over is OK if you like mousing. Everything I really use is within the first 6, and I can do it with keystrokes faster than reaching for the mouse. To each his own! :)

Current Chrome except when IE is needed for specific reason
