Bacon, but it's followed very closely by Canadian Bacon. Hard to choose.

I'm with you until the apples. I have a bagel every morning. But I will take my apples on the side.
Same here. I love bagels, though for me they need to have about a pound of cream cheese on them, but definitely gotta have apples on the side!

Chorizo for sure if it's going in something like a breakfast wrap, otherwise regular pork sausage, the fresher the better.

What in the heck is Chinese sausage?

bulk breakfast beef poll

When I wake up with wood, my favorite breakfast meat is, err, umm, "sausage".

Then for food, either some nice peppered bacon or ham of some sort. And the ground up sausage crap that comes in the twisted ends wrapper that you cut through to get the slices is just gross. That stuff always makes me burp up sausage grease all day, yuck.

When I was in college there was a guy who sold bagels with the following setup:

cream cheese
apple slices
cucumber slices
dash of cinnamon
sunflower seed
bacon bits
alfalfa sprouts (I think)
squirt of butter

Absolutely the greatest things imaginable.

I can't find good bagels anymore... everyone lately seems to just make these huge, super-thick bagels.

for me, eating a bagel is just an excuse to eat cream cheese. I'd much rather have a thinner bagel so that it doesn't require an inch of cream cheese.
