Sausage patty

There is nothing better than a nice Sausage, Egg and Cheese on a Hard Roll. Salt/Pepper/Ketchup and I do like to even add little mayo at times.

All cooked on a Cast iron skillet.

MmmmmMmmmmMmm

Where is KFC chicken here?

I make sure that whenever I get an eight piece chicken bucket as dinner, I have two of them left over as breakfast for the next day. :p

You didn't list a bunch of them. Tough choice. Breakfast meat is my favorite. Voted link sausage.

Definitely like a good breakfast sausage patty that has a good crunchy sear on the outside. Really hard to find as most places don't like to cook them and just prefer to throw some links in a steamer.

For me it's a protein shake; protein powder (whey) mixed with frozen fruit, ice, and water. Best way to start the day IMHO, plus the number of calories is fairly low and you feel full.

I actually like it when they slice it down the center and give it a good sear on the inside too.

I'd probably chose bacon over sausage, but I like a nice sausage link if I've got some quality maple syrup to dip it into.

eggs = taylor ham or bacon
pancakes/waffles/french toast = sausage

My problem with bacon is it's unsubstantial. I don't buy it for the house, cause I'll eat too much of it. A package is a single serving container. I don't get it out because there isn't enough there. It isn't filling.

So buy more.
