What is your prefered power supply?

Just wondering from experience and the product themselves. If it is Athlon compatible. And just your word.

i like the antec 300 watt power supply. i'm pretty sure it's athlon approved, although i don't run an athlon.

i forgot to add that it's very quiet, although if you want your power supply to help cool the case, it's not really effective in doing that.

I havn't had any problems with my sparkle 300watt power supply. I have also heard good things about enermax.

I have two 300wt Powerman and recently got 350wt Enermax from Compucheap. Even though both of the Powermans never gave me any problems, I say the Enermax is better simply for the dual exhaust fans that are in them.

i have had 2 SH(superpower) PSU. One 250 and one 300, both were great...now i have a Seventeam 400watt, it has the most combined power among all the AMD approved supplies...if anyone wants one, contact me at pranky828@hotmail.com

I have to support those votes for the Antec PP-303X. Tremendous quality, and the temperature control is very nice if your case is relatively cool b/c the fan is very quiet. If it runs at full boar though it can be a little noisy IMO.

For cheap price and great service, Antec PP-303X. A little bit costlier but more powerful and almost as quiet, Fortron 400W.
