I love the look of this case, but is anyone concerned about the lack of direct cooling for the hard disks? :\

HDDs don't get super hot, and generally do fine without airflow.
Maybe it has always been just marketing guff, but so many cases previously highlighted their ability to direct airflow over the hard disks to keep them cool and supposedly increase the lifespan of your hard disks.

Too hot. They die

Too cool. They die.

A few pics of the case so far. I installed a Seasonic X750 PSU, two Prolimatech 140mm LED fans on the front, a 120mm Blue LED PWM rear exhaust, and two blue LED 80mm fans on the bottom exhaust just for fun.

I just got this case. I'll be messing around with a custom watercooling kit for the cpu/gpu for a fun tinker project. Got lots of research to do though.

Hi All
If it is anything like the HAF-X then it's a superb case, and will keep all your parts nice and cool

For those that have this case, I have a few questions.

I want to run a H110 in the front, but I am worried about my 7970's and having enough room. Will cards that long, work with the H110 up front?

I really want to downsize from my HAF X, and I am hoping this might be the case for me.

Should fit.

This kind of case might be a little on the portable side, but I could never imagine it on top of a desk. While it is shorter, and it keeps the CPU Cooler and motherboard Level, it would take up a lot of desk space. You could almost build a footstool on top of it or make it a little rack that rolls on wheels. Reminds me of a Borg Cube from Star Trek.

After looking at it in person, it really does not take up all that much room. Its about as wide as my HP printer, sitting 2 deep.

Right now, I have one of those AV racks, with glass shelves, with the bottom 3 shelves taken out that my HAF X sits in. I could sit the HAF XB on top, and put the other 3 glass shelves back in place.

The big question for me now is, do I want the H110 or a H100i with my GT fans in a P/P configuration.
