1. I'd really like to get a PS3, but I have decided to wait for GT5.
2. Makita rotary polisher and accessories to practice paint correction, still doing research.

I need a new car pretty badly. After I get back to Michigan I really need to start looking seriously, and actually should look while I'm here working.

A new smart phone. I hate my current one, but the one I want (Nokia N82) is freaking expensive!

Replacing the decrepit asphalt driveway with a concrete one. We're on the schedule for July.

Focal 836's+amp+receiver. Don't currently have the space in my place that these speakers need, and it's a decent chunk of change.

Canon 40D+some L series lenses. I am waiting for a family member that has 4 canon lenses they don't use to figure out if they want to let me use them until they get a new body or not + another decent chunk of change.

Paintball crap (second set of equipment for starters). Haven't bought because I don't play enough, and wouldn't use it hardly ever (friends would get more use out of it).

New couch and bed. Haven't really gone out looking for either. The only couches I looked at are La-z-Boy and seem a bit expensive comparatively.

Some other crap I'm sure I am forgetting.

The main reason I am not buying any of it, is because my goal this year is to work on paying down outstanding loans (1 car, 1 personal, and student) so I can graduate college with no debt (of any kind). I do not want to become typical Joe Blow who is in debt so much that 3 life insurance policies couldn't cover it. Also if I can graduate with no debt I will be in a 100x better spot then 90% of college grads in that department.

I have wanted to get my eyes fixed for over 10 years. My guess is that I will NEVER get them fixed. You get shifted to the bottom of the list of priorities when you have a spouse and children, and a house and land to take care of. Medical care is less fun for a family than a new car or a half-acre pond.

CBR125: Want to learn and still ride when I'm 40, then after 20 years say that I don't want to be a statistic and quit on my own accord.

More realistically... get eyes Lasiked so I don't have to worry about putting on my contacts or glasses on again until I go farsighted. Still debating the risk with myself.

Either hardwood flooring or the materials to buy to redo the kitchen. (Stain for the cabinets, resurfacing the counters, painting the walls)

I bought my dad one of those for Christmas. Great saw. We used a coupon at Lowe's to get some $$ off and the DeWalt rep threw in some blades.

My list:

1. pipes and a set of bags for my bike. the wife got me a jet kit for my birthday. now I need a set of pipes to go with it. I'll probably buy them in a few months.
2. side-by-side double barrel shotgun. been looking for the right deal on a quality gun.
3. case of ammo for my AR-15. all the fun in iraqistan has driven up the price of ammo. way more money than I can justify right now.
4. get my truck fixed. it's been pulling to the right for a while now. I need it to get to work, so I can't have it sit at the shop.

EOS 1Ds Mark III None of that 1.6FOV crop for me. Reason, so much money... Maybe after mortgage is done, and the model is up to Mk V or something.

For now, I'll stick to my Elan 7.
