Ok, I'm taking this "TheSpark.com" IQ test, and I am already up to question 330...how long is it? Also, can someone please tell me what the following question has to do with ones IQ? I've already been asked it four times or so..

"If a chicken lays five eggs, and each of those five eggs has five legs, would you just f**k off?

omg Insane3d! The whole point of the test @ thespark.com is to see how long people will just keep taking the test (for hundreds of questions in your case). The sooner you stop the higher the IQ they give you =P

Remeber only 2% of hte population has an iq of 120 or higher and are considered gifted. Now I grant that the nature of this forum might not attract the general populace and that would induce some skewing and not everyone who did the test will share their score but what I have seen so far indicates either this test is bogus, or people are not telling the truth (that is perhaps too harsh. I suppose they are embelishing.) I do leave the possibility that we simply have a very high concentration of geniuses but this seems very unlikely. >>

I'm not all that impressed by the quality of the test. It seemed fairly simple, I went through it in about 10 minutes.

I got 136, Facts Curator.

My guess is that Facts Curator is a catch-all for doing reasonably well at everything. I can only think of 2 questions that I couldn't answer (and I guessed). I suppose that's about average for ATOT. I took an IQ test in high school for my senior year psychology class and got a score of 140.

My understanding is that IQ tests to an excellent job of measuring how well you score on IQ tests, and little else.
