What is your highest overclocking difference?

I am so ashamed....Athlon 700 to 900 200mhz, I have a 700 tbird too but I think it won't go very far on my KA7.

I have a Celeron 300A that has been running rock steady for a year and a half at 492MHz. That's a 64% overclock which is pretty good.

That is 109 MHz FSB. No Peltier or anything out of the ordinary. A Global Win dual fan on their huge aluminum heat sink.

I have a PII 300 (SL2W8). It is currently cracking RC5 blocks @ 504 mhz. Thats 204 free mhz on a CPU I have had for years 🙂

while not the biggest Difference, it is the highest over all as of yet on this thread...

P3-650E @975Mhz = 325Mhz O/C

Too bad my Mobo (Asus P2B) runs outa FSB settings at 150Mhz, this thing still has the Retail HS/F and it's at default voltage (1.65v), Prolly do 1040Mhz (160FSB) in a VIA133a with good RAM...

<< What kind of RAM you using now? >>

Im using some old PC100 stuff that I bought way back, I think in Aug. it'll be 2 yrs old, Generic stuff, NEC chips... At 150Mhz FSB I have to slow the memory Timings down to 3-3-3-10T, but at 140Mhz FSB I can run 2-2-2-8T which is really nice...

I get my cB0 700E next week, this should fit better with FSB speeds... hopefully I'll get as good or better results.. 1050Mhz would be real nice ;o)

Ok, time to annouce my new toy. This is a 566celeron that I picked 'cause it did 1003mhz with stock cooling@1.8v. I got it to replace the 566 I had been using. With my cooling rig, it currently runs stable at 1088mhz for 522mhz. It will run in windows but no games at 1139mhz, or double the 566mhz chip..573mhz overclock. It will post into Windows higher and I have seen it post into dos at over 1200mhz. Very stable and damn fast...
