I'm looking for a good Urban Legend to write about.

I know the one about the rat in the KFC and the mouse in the beer or pop bottle. I'm looking for a new, really dumb yet believable one.

Update: I know there are urban legend sites out there like snopes.com and another on about.com. I just wanted to know your favourite ones.
 
I heard that there was this ninja who was eating at a diner. And when some dude dropped a spoon the ninja killed the whole town.
