I am disappointed in you. Did you just wake up?

Dammit, I didn't read the name of the OP. I opened the thread, made a phone call, then replied. There were no replies yet when I opened it.

Whichever one uses the largest amount of excessive punctuation and skips a lot, so that it repeats the same word 1000 times.

I don't particularly want to answer because of the ??????? excessiveness. However, is pushed I used Winamp for music and VLC for anything video related.

iTunes for music, Windows Media Player for audio.

Maybe add a separate poll for favorite video and favorite audio player?

WMP. i have CoreAVC and the K-Lite Mega Codec Pack installed so WMP plays pretty much anything. i have VLC and MPC for those rare occasions where WMP fails. WMP11 is actually a very nice app.

WinDVD for DVDs, MediaMonkey for all music, and Spider Player for playing off of my U3 thumb drive.

Really it depends on the file type more than anything. I use media player, media player classic and VLC the most.
