My friend tried to feed me venison steak. I could smell the rottness from 20 feet. I had one mouthful and spit it out. I don't trust drunk hunters.

Is that Iberico ham? That's tasty stuff. A bit pricey, though.

I really like Mock Chicken Loaf and I don't know why. I also like Maple Leaf Wax Bologna.

And good Summer Sausage. It must have that sour fermented taste.

Fresh sliced Pastrami from Winco. Also their black forest ham is really good too.
Both of those are off my diet right now though, i've been very strict about what I eat lately.
I will still eat elk and buffalo though. The guy up the road from me has a buffalo ranch and I buy my meat from him.

Recently, it's Saag's knackwurst. Where I buy it their labeling calls it "garlic sausage." It's not overpowering. I like it with grey poupon. After simmering for 10+ minutes I don't see much fat in the water, has me thinking that for sausage it might be less fatty than most. Typically, hot dogs, sausage and the like are calorically 60-70% fat.
