You must be either a child or female.

Or good taste.

Beer....no thanks. Can't stand the stuff.

That's true I left that out: Or you just have to not have good taste. Thanks for pointing that out.

Depends.

Mackeson's Triple XXX Stout
Left Hand Milk Stout
Guiness
Saint Arnold Texas Wheat
Saint Arnold Lawnmower
Saint Arnold Octoberfest
Saint Arnold Winter Stout
Shiner (any variation)

I could go on and on ... I mean honestly, it just depends on my mood!

that's not a beer fan, that's a drunk fan.

besides, considering the alcohol percentages, it takes at least 4 or 5 budlights to get you near the same level of a real Belgian. (I'm not a large guy, and I barely get a buzz off of 6 bud*)

once you think about it that way, price is negligible.

Agreed.

No fine British Ales? I drank a whole lot of Bombadier when I lived in London.

I?m not a fan of British Ales to be honest.

YOU SUCK! 😛

Your ales are just about the only good thing that your little country still makes 😉

Hey! That's insulting to the British. They also still make excellent tooth decay and body odor. <holds nose and pokes RichUK with a stick from afar>

Just did. All I can say is, if you're drinking to get drunk, drink liquor. If you want to get full, drink water. If you want beer for taste, drink craft brews. I guess you may have no choice on the beer front. All I can say to that is, I'm sorry. It must suck to live amongst teetotalers.

Well if you talk about quantity > quality, Natty light definitely beats out Bud Light haha

Fair 'nuf. So long as you drink that stuff by necessity, not choice. 😛

😀 yeah i used to drink single malt scotch but then i realized i was just chugging it and pissing it out, so i switched to beer.

Yeti Imperial Stout

Quanity > Quality is a fucking retarded comment. I'm not a poor college student, so even if I want to get trashed, it'll still cost me only $20-30 for a night of drinking.

lol

I have straight, white teeth. 😎

Edit: And I wash ..... somtimes.

Young's Double Chocolate Stout, Samuel Smith's Oatmeal Stout.

Guinness is my 'regular' beer as those two are more special occasion beers. Can't really find them too easily outside of full cases, and they're too expensive to drink on a regular basis. My wife bought me a case of Youngs DCS for Christmas last year... awesome wife. 🙂

yeah but it makes you feel more full right? and they don't allow anything here over like 6% or so.

Move or /wrist.

I grew up in NC, and only recently did they allow anything above 6% to be classified as beer (and not sold in package stores). Happened after I moved, but the beer climate is much different these days.

Anyway, it only makes you feel full if you drink too many of them, which is a waste. Only type of beer you should be drinking with a good meal, anyway.

Bud* doesn't taste like beer. Simple as that. It's fucking malted with rice, for one thing.

and apparently, Miller Lite claims it is a "true pilsner." This is an embarrassingly false claim, particularly for those that think this is accurate.

If you like Young's you should try Rogue's Chocolate Stout (if you have not already). I like the flavor a ton more then Young's.

Also, BORIS the crusher by hoppin frog is a great Oatmeal stout.

Never saw it here. We have very limited selection... Youngs is only available at ONE bar in town, or by the case at ONE distributor. Same with Sammy Smith.
Last time Iwas there, they did not have rogue's chocolate.

Will have to check it out sometime soon.

oh okay, i'm still living in SC mode where they still don't allow beer to be sold above a certain percentage (i think). ill have to go look for a good beer, thanks for the info.

You poor guys and lack of good beer. Thank god for Binny's Beverage Depot all around the Chicago area.

Rogue is pretty common these days, too. I'd be surprised if you couldn't find it. Though I prefer Shakespeare stout to their chocolate...

But yeah, good luck at bars. Not too many would have Rogue on tap. Find an alcohol specialty store. They'd be almost guaranteed to have some Rogue style in stock.
