"Pardon me" instead of "Excuse me". Seems like almost everyone uses the latter.

I'm the only one in my circle that uses "keen" and "wizard" (as an equivalent to "cool" or "awesome"). I also say "smells of" or "tastes of" rather than "smells like" and "tastes like".

I always say "pardon me".

My favorite little-used word is "antidisestablishmentarianism".

You never heard some limey squeal, "By jove, I do believe you're right, old man! It smells of ghastly biscuits!"

No? Whatever.

I'm not a "british-type hippy bastard", that's just the way I've always been used to saying it. My parents say "smells like", so I really don't know where I got it from.

Yes, I drink tea, because it's damn good. And I use a kettle, and I say "put the kettle on", because that's how tea should be had. However, I hold my cup like a man, using all fingers.
