What is your favorite winter sport?

Just got back from downhill skiing. Great fun.

Downhill skiing (or snowboarding) is really fun. But so is snowmobiling. What's the best?

we don't really have winter sports in texas, unless you count going to an ice rink in the metroplex cities

I go snowboarding every year. Me and my family go up to North Carolina and its a blast. Im getting pretty good too.

ack.. you didn't get my poor attempt at a joke..sorry. Winter League Baseball takes place in the caribbean, venezuela, mexico..etc during major league baseball's offseason (winter of course). Baseball is the only sport I'm really into so winter league baseball is my favorite by default.

I suppose if I had to pick a legitimate winter sport it would be tackle football with friends when there is tons of snow on the ground. Its tons of fun.

Cool. I dont' think I get baseball in the winter even on cable. No matter what league. Although "the boys of October" would have cold nads in October here.

Downhill or slalom, followed by ice hockey. I play hockey because it's cheaper and more available than skiing, but I'd rather ski on a nice slope. The motions are very similar, btw. Same muscles.
