Same here, no Cheddah or Pepper Jack. At least at any of the local franchises that I've been to. I'd love for them to start offering Chedder. My Fav.

I'm kind of burned out on Subway lately though. I got food poisoning from one awhile back and it took me two months before I could bring myself to eat there again. Then I started eating it so much I got burned out again. Quiznos is ok, but I don't understand the obsession some of my co-workers have with it. For taste alone (not really health) I like Firehouse the best out of the franchise sub places here in B'ham. They're still a fairly small chain I think.

Not-so-healthy:
Chipotle (Southwest) Steak and cheese with same as above...

Classic:
Spicy Italian with same as above....

a few onions
lots of olives(I say that)
jalapenos
oil/vinegar/salt/pepper
