Wow, I didn't even notice the lack of TNG. I just assumed... Also, yes, I forgot about Farscape. Great show.

The kid(Naomi) on Voyager was great. Her and Seven made a great pair. I'd have to have seen more of them together.
Yeah, the scenes with Seven and Naomi were alright. Also Seven and the Doctor, and Seven and Tuvok, Seven alone etc.

Naomi was neither here nor there, but I would've summarily executed Neelix at the first opportunity.

Dr. Who? More time travel, but there are aliens and they go to different planets.

SG-1 is probably my favorite (specifically seasons 2-8, the others weren't as good).

Also, how does this poll have most Star Treks but doesn't have TNG‽
I forgot about TNG and then ran of choices!

TNG around the Borg and Q stuff was fantastic.

Favorite Trek episode is Inner Light. I think DS9 was the most uniformly good of all the series. I don't remember a single crappy episode. TNG had more outstanding episodes by a little bit, but there was a fair number of duds. Best DS9 I can remember off hand is Far Beyond The Stars, or maybe The Visitor.

edit:
Trials and Tribble-ations was fanfuckingtastic also.

Okay let's gooooo!

DS9 - "The Visitor." Brilliant. DS9 really takes off when the Dominion war starts in earnest. Very similar to the "The Inner Light" in concept.

I enjoyed "In The Pale Moonlight" very much as well.

I bought the 2199 Star Blazers 1st season on Amazon last night due to this thread. Going to start on it tonight.

My poll is terrible. Gonna have to redo it eventually.

My favorite episode of Trek is still the one from DS9 where they forge intelligence to get the Romulans to fight with them.
In the Pale Moonlight.

Sisko loses it on Garak at the end of the episode. Garak was right. It was necessary. The needs of the many outweigh the needs of the one I believe is the philosophy.

They don't "write 'em like that anymore."

Best Voyager, or at least contenders - Counterpoint & Course Oblivion(makes the lackluster Demon pay off)

Best Enterprise - Carbon Creek & Twilight

Best TNG - Inner Light & Measure of a Man

Best TOS - City on the Edge of Forever & The Devil in the Dark

So many great TOS to choose from but if I had to pick one it would be "Balance of Terror."

Anytime you can get Spock under the panel messing around with smoke coming out and electricty arcing it's a winner.

No but seriously the Captain vs. Captain submarine type warfare in that one is excellent. Shhh! Somehow soundwaves are traveling through a vacuum in that one. They must have been in a big gaseous anomoly, like me after a big meal.

Mark Lenard was just superb.

Forgot about Balance! Yea, that's definitely in there. Limited to two, I'll drop Devil for that.

I can't decide between Garak and Q as my favorite character. Both are so great.

If any of you all currently have small kids or grandchildren, Alien TV is actually entertaining.

Oddly enough the the guy at the end is the only one who can speak English.

But this show reminds me of The Three Stooges so much it is ridiculous.

The Vorta Weyoun was a very interesting and complex character as well.

- Jeffrey Combs has been a ton of great ST characters. Liquidator Brunt, Weyoun, Tiron, Shran and a few others.

He needs to get a role on The Orville sooner rather than later.

Yes, great actor. Another one is the late, great Andreas Katsulas. What a job he did with G'kar. These guys are committed when they take on a role!
