What is your favorite Mustard?

Usually spicy brown or some similar variant. But for hot dogs, yellow is the only way to go (mild like in the US or hot like elsewhere it doesn't matter).
 
depends on what I'm eating it with.

If i'm making a vinagrette or basting meat/potatoes, dijon.

If its a pastrami sandwich, spicy brown.

if its a hotdog, plain yellow.
 
Depends what I am doing with it. Yellow to go with a sandwich, spicy brown to dip in, and HOT! yellow for egg rolls and such.
