Used to be Terminator 2, but I watched it too many times and it lost the magic.
Maybe one day, many years from now.

If I could crap I wouldn't be so butt-hurt from you proving Jesus doesn't exist.
You appear to be confused. I've never suggested the Jesus did not exist. I defy you to find any such words authored by me.

But by all means, continue your threadcrapping. We're all duly impressed.

I can always watch Die Hard when it comes on tv. I've seen this at least a thousand times.

Other favorites are Pulp Fiction, The Departed, The Godfather I, II, Good Fellas, and Letters From Iwo Jima. There are more but these always draw me in whenever they come on.

There really isn't one for me.

but it's among: 8 1/2, The Deer Hunter, Godfather II, Raging Bull. I've probably forgotten a few. There Will Be Blood, No Country for Old Men, Unforgiven are more recent flicks that I think are just as good as those.

If you love Amadeus, you should check out Immortal Beloved. It's certainly not as good a film, but I like it much more--mostly b/c I prefer Beethoven by several orders of magnitude, and, well, Gary Oldman. It's like an extended music video. it is very awesome, very beautifully shot. It remains one of my favorite BDs, too.

I've watched recent movies and many of them were great. Lets see, some of my recent favorites are Social Network, Book of Eli, District 9 (that comes to mind).

But just last week I've watched AMADEUS again (maybe for 20th time heh) and wow... it really shows what a good movie should do. I still get all the emotions I had when I first watched it.

Everything is so wonderfully amazing , I dont think any amount of CG or hot chicks can top this movie ever.
The music and how it was explained is just brilliant.

.Can't believe it came out in 1984. @_@!!

How in the hell did you manage to sit through District 9?
That was horrible.

hmm lots of damn good movies.

white christmas (bing crosby has an amazing voice), shawshank redemption, toy story, monsters inc (ok all the pixar movies).

hell there really are to many to list.

heh...I get to watch "White Christmas" at least twice per year. "Holiday Inn" at least once... Two of my wife's favorite movies. I have them on VHS and DVD.

Other favorites include:
Full Metal Jacket. (only the first half is REALLY good)
Saving Private Ryan
Finding Nemo
The entire LOTR trilogy
Avatar (yes, I said it...the story line sucks, but the CGI is fabulous)

The Princess Bride is definitely my all-time favorite movie.

I might as well also do an "others include" list:
Saving Private Ryan
Raiders of the Lost Ark
Star Wars: A New Hope
Night of the Living Dead
Silence of the Lambs
Shawshank Redemption

But I love Die Hard, Lock Stock & 2 Smoking Barrels, Pulp Fiction, Eternal Sunshine...too many others to name.
