For me, it all depends on how it's prepared and combined with the other ingredients.
 
Beef today in the uSa is horrible. I used to be a huge steak lover but now its hard to get a real tasty steak anymore. I chose chicken because I can do much more with it to taste great.
 
beef is my favorite but i eat WWAAYYY more chicken than beef, simply for health reasons. i eat chicken pretty much every day. i'd say i eat beef maybe 1 or 2 times a week.
