What is your favorite kind of beer?

I am not sure that this is allowed or not, but the worst thing that can happen is it to be locked. 🙂

So what do you guys think? I personally love Heinekens the best. I love alot of foriegn beer(non US). USA beer is sooo watered down and is all about making money any more.

I'm not much of a beer drinker. If I were drinking beer, I prefer something like Killian's Irish Red. IMHO, Guinness is the foulest substance to ever grace the earth.

Beer discussions are fine, as long as you don't encourage getting smashed or drinking underage.

Personally, I like domestic Microbrews... being from Oregon originally, we had a very good selection of excellent local breweries.

As for imports, Guinness is my favorite, but I like many others, mostly from Ireland, England or Germany.

It cracks me up when people say Corona is their favorite beer... I think it tastes like crap, especially without a lime in it. I'd take a Coors Light over a Corona any day.

Im not much of a beer drinker, I have a few occasionally. As for a Light beer goes, Miller Lite. But I dont like too many American beers, Imported thick beers are good IMO. Such as German Beer or Japanese Beer. My friend just came back from Minnesota and brought back some native beer from there: Leinengugles ?? I hope I spelled that right, but it was pretty damn good.

I'm not sure if this qualifies, but Weinhard's Blackberry Wheat Ale is the best stuff I've ever had, American or not. There were some damned fine brews in the Czech Republic (Pilsners, of course), and some good stuff in Germany as well.

I can't stand Guiness! That stuff is more like black syrup in a bottle. I have started to buy every single 6 pack of beer that I have never had at our local liquor store. I am keeping one bottle from each six pack just to see how many different kinds of beer I can drink. I have got around 20 now, and I have not even begun! 🙂

Beer drinking is the coooooolest!

I am in a junior in college and in my freshman and sophomore years, I used to get hammered every weekend and sometimes during the week, but it has lost it flare.

I now just buy sixers and just enjoy them while getting a little buzz.

My friends love Coors light and Bud Light. I always make them look bad when I drink that water. After drinking all of the imports that I have, those light beers are just a beverage. I can down those things like nothing.

I have had some beers from the Czech Republic and it was a pilsner beer and it was awful. I usually like almost every beer, but that stuff was pretty bad! I think that it was even called Pilsner something.

The kind with alcohol in it!

I'm a big fan of Celes White, Hoegarden, Guiness, Blackened Voodoo Lager, and Purple Haze.

I really like Newcastle Brown Ale. I pray that more of you like this beer as well! I WILL PRAY ALL NIGHT - HOPEFULLY SOMEONE ELSE WILL LIKE IT TO.

Prayer is beginning... .. ... NOW.

I generally prefer whatever is the freshest local microbrewed India Pale Ale. I think my all-time favorite in this vein was a 7%-alcohol IPA made by Lagunitas in Marin County, CA; I believe it was called Maximus. The last week or so I have been swilling Foghorn barleywine ale - 9.5% alcohol!

After I empty the local liquor store of beer, I will start ordering some beer. I am going to start looking on Egay for some off the wall beer! 🙂

MicroBrew in colorado called Flying Dog brewery
they have a ale called Doggiestyle that is out of this world.

I actually had Flying Dog here recently. It wasn't too bad at all.

It had a really ale taste to it. It was pretty good.

When running short of money, I go for Miller Lite.

Usually:
Dos Equis (both)
Heineken
St Pauli Girl
St. Pete's Wicked Ale
