What is your favorite HSF setup for 1.6A overclocking?

Post your opinions here, and some facts too if you have 'em. I've heard a lot about ThermalTakes Volcano 7+ and an Alpha Pal HS with a Vantec fan helping the 1.6A OC to 2.6ghz+. Any others?
 
Alpha 8942 with Y.S.Tech 80mm fan with adjustable speed dial 10 - 49cfm, 18 - 39 dba. As you can tell by my overclock the results are great. cpu temps idle 33-35c , load 42-44c at cpuv 1.825v . 😉
 
not that it is necessary, but i opted for a volcano 7+. it dropped my temps to 1~2C above case temp at idle, and 9c or so above case temp at full load, fan set to med or high.

nice: just as quiet at low, and you can run anything at low and not break 45c or so.

bad: on high it sounds like a handheld vacuum like a dirt devil.

looks: 10
effectiveness: subjective. i'm completely happy with it, though.


btw, go italy! second half vs. korea just began.
