What is your favorite Asian food?

Umm..lets see. So many good food, so little time!! Must try 'em all!! Especially feel that way when we're like in a new city and visiting China Town 🙂

I especially like:
dim sum
chow mein, chow fan (not rice but the big fat white noodles)
shark fin soup

Yes both very good mmmm..... To bad my wife is making Borscht for dinner.....
 
Enough with the damned asian threads!!!!

And to answer, I think 90% of chinese food is just variations on stew, stew with rice, stew with chicken, stew with dog, stew with cat, et al.
