dance dance revolution!!!!

seriously, it is one hell of a work out once you do the hard songs...it is less tiring than running and more fun, yet gets you in shape faster...seriously

If I hadn't injured myself 3 months ago I'd be running 8-20 miles every day, and lifting 2-3 times a week. But since I'm just now losing my gimpiness, I'm running 3-4 times a week, 4-6 miles, lifting 2-3 times, and gradually building up to running ever day and hitting 70 miles per week again.

Everyday: wake up early and attempt to run before work (doesn't always work)
4-5 days a week: go to the gym and work out with my friend (is kinda working)

Bike commute weekdays (~17 miles round trip), long-a55 rides on Sundays (anywhere from 40-80 miles depending on how much time I have).

but the bike commute is the best part of the day isn't it?

I find it very freeing :)

I look forward to the morning ride evey day. Gets me out the door. The afternoon commute is more of a "try not to get hit" routine (I leave in the morning early enough that city traffic is tolerable, but the afternoon / evening is another story).

Edit: spelling!
