It's hardly worth mentioning excercise that you only do for three minutes at a time.

i did not see that one coming till I saw your reply.

woah, you changed your avatar, when'd you do that?

me:
run 7+ miles every day
lift mon/wed/fri
play bball daily (hour, or if with friends, longer)--weather dependent

I'm trying to put on a little weight before college (wanna get up to 130), which is why I'm lifting. I always run, can't live without it.

OP,
are you pretty good with a bow staff?

as for my daily routine it involves. 3-5 mile run, 60 situps, 50+ pushups (proper form!), 30 chinups. And a bucket or two at the range, whatever that's worth.

I play bball as often as possible, and do this every other day: various situps, lift dumbells, and a couple different forms of pushups (legs elevated). I'm also starting to do hercules pushups, and chin/pull ups as sson as I get my bar.

I haven't missed a morning workout in a few months. Best shape of my life. Turning 39 this September. Currently 225lbs, with very little bodyfat. Abs clearly visible. Looking good for the beach when I go to Florida next week on Vacation. My gf is the best training partner I've ever had.
