work from 10am to 3pm (if I want to), 1-2 hour lunch, 4-5 days a week. While doing this, making enough money to be comfortably happy, ie., able to support myself and family, plus some extra, but no need to be a bajillionaire.
 
I want to own a computer/network security firm and develop security software (like antivirus and antispam).

I'm living my dream job at the moment, and I hope it stays this way. I am self-employed, I work out of my house, I have total schedule freedom, and I get to interface with clients. After I'm financially independent I'd like to teach, and when that happens I'll consider all of my vocational dreams fulfilled.

The requirements would be about 5million a year. I would make my own schedule. Typical day would be, go in at 11am, work until lunch, take a 2 hour lunch, come back and "work" until 2-3pm. This would be done, about 3 times a week.

Then I'd spend the rest of the time travelling or working on cars or something.
 
Right now... work at an observatory, researching black holes, new planets, string theory, anything...

I have that now but I hate my job cause it's soo boring. I come in whenever I want so usually around 10am and leave when I feel like I've done enough work. I work close to a mall so sometimes I just go shopping for a few hours and then go back to work instead of taking a lunch.

Now my dream job would be to do something IT related where all my coworkers are hot chicks with ages ranging from 18-25. And also be getting some action from them after work as a "team development activity". 😀

of course... if i drove a ferrari, i still wouldnt mind also owning a lamborghini as well!
 
Some type of business tycoon where I could make my own hours, stop in to monitor progress every few days and take lots and lots of vacations to exotic locations around the world. 😛
 
i honestly, eventually, want to get into doing something with movies. i know those companies that do special effects and make CG movies, like pixar, have about 85% or so inhouse software they create in the studio (i know for a fact atleast that Pixar has 85% in house software used to create their stuff, the other 15% is commercial like Maya). right now my first job is doing CAD software, so its a great start for what I would like to eventually do 🙂
 
Without regard for how much I get paid ? Working for the Washington Capitals organization. That would so rule..
