What is your cell phone wakeup alarm / ringtone?

For those of you who use their cellphones to wake up, what alarm / ringtone do you use?

My wakeup ringtone is Edith Piaf's "Je Ne Regrette Rien". It's what they used in Inception to let them know the dream was ending. 😉

Mine has the default ringtone that came with the phone. I don't use it as an alarm clock, but, sometimes I may get calls from work at odd hours if they need a hand with something. Even when I'm not on call I'm on call, sigh...

Mine is set to only vibrate. Yes, the sound of my phone vibrating is enough to wake me up.

When I was younger I had my stereo set up to be my alarm. The faint click and hum of the unit turning on was what woke me up. There was always a few seconds delay of when I woke up to when I actually heard the radio.

Ah yes the turn on delay speaker protect circuit. One could turn the volume level to the three o'clock position and have it tuned to a blank FM frequency with FM mute turned off. If that did not wake you, you were dead. 😀

When I used my phone as an alarm, I used alarm5.wav, from a windows mobile phone. It was like 3 different alarm noises at once.

"Homage for Inuyasha Piano Solo" with increasing volume. But the vibrating phone wakes me up before I hear the music.
