I got sick the first time I donated blood. They had to move my legs and put ice on me and stuff.

I guess I need to go on the weekends instead of before work like last time. 😀
 
I am AB+,
I doubt much people would want my kinda blood,
LOL, I can only donate to the same kind.

so I have not donated any blood before.
 
I'm O+ and I have donated 1 gallon so far.

The key to not fainting is not skipping any meals, and most importantly, drinking about two times or more your daily intake of water, juice, whatever (not alcohol you silly people😉). Last time I drank so much water that I had to pee right before I donated and I didn't faint at all. Other times I'd get a little light headed but that is because I didn't eat breakfast and did drink enough water beforehand...hehe..

True, AB+ isn't that much in demand....but, take heart. They don't call AB+ the "Universal Recipient" for nothing!!!
