I feel like avatars are a great way to quickly recognize a poster so I don't change mine often. It also makes me mad when frequent posters change their avatars. When everyone copied nick1985's avatar I was confused and annoyed 🙁

You're welcome. I use a dark forum theme, and the first one had a lot of noticeable artifacts. The second one isn't perfect, but it's acceptable I think.
