What is your anger threshold?

I know that keeping control of yourself is pivotal in society. Knowing when to act out and when not to can make it or break it.

How do you control your anger? Any tips for people that get angry easily?

I go from acting normal to giving the silent treatment... and if you push me further, I will wreck you verbally with every four letter word I know in multiple languages.

Unfortunately, that's for new people I meet -- the ones that piss me off get cut off. Ones I can't cut off start in the silent treatment stage, so I start yelling pretty quickly.

One mile per hour. You drop more than one mile hour below the posted speed limit while you're driving in front of me and your whole family can catch leprosy for five generations forward and back.

No acting out of course. Part of not being a total 'tard is maintaining the separation of emotion from the gas pedal.

Controlling anger creates stress. Stress kills. Kill the source of your anger. Problem solved.

When enraged I go back and do as our ancestors did: throw feces at the source of my ire.

I used to just beat myself, but now I just breathe heavily and meditate. Sometimes I still punch random things though.

I maintain my composure a little too much actually. I found myself in situations where I should have a feeling, reaction or behavior..etc but don't. Everyone reacts different I suppose. I don't do anything specific to prevent it, it's just not there.
However the one situation that I know I start to show my anger is when someone gets up in my face confrontationally, I bow up pretty quick and for that situation it would be expected by spectators. But other situations, perhaps I'm afraid to lose composure or draw attention to myself...not sure.

However there are many people that simply make a fool of themselves very easily such as ghetto folks which always amuse me.

Same here. I'm almost afraid to get angry, mostly because the few times I did get furious I hulked out and really over-reacted. It's either calm with me or extreme "I'm afraid to be with this person" raging, so 99.9% of the time I'm calm, cool, and collected. People know if I'm angry, it's something serious.

I don't know but my little boy knows the exact numerical value because he stays suspiciously just a hair below the "you're getting a beating" red line almost constantly.

There's a proper tool for every job, and anger is a blunt instrument. Try to remember that the best strikes are cold and calculated, with precision.

Anger threshold? No clue how that's to be quantified.
