People are calmer and less stressed in stressful situations if they are aerobically fit. ABC news had a story about a British study that found that people who spend more time sitting have higher anxiety levels.

I don't think I've been angry since I was a teenager. Or I've been continually angry since then. I wouldn't be able to tell the difference.
