Feta.

Ahhhh, yeah. I looooove feta on my pizzas, salads, etc., but I can't eat it by itself. I eat the Irish Dubliner by itself, or with an apple/glass of wine.

That is true, Feta by itself is not that pleasing.

Since we have so many sharp cheddar cheese lovers here, anyone have any suggestions on brands they prefer?

Extra sharp cheddar.

Nice and simple but still the best.

I've tried just about every extra sharp cheddar I can find, some aged even 3 years; still not sharp enough for me.

put a razor blade in it

I love Chedarella myself. Only kind of cheese I buy now. As the name suggests, it's cheddar and mozzarella marbled together into one semi-soft cheese. Sooooo good. :D

There aren't many I don't like either... although anything with dill in it is not my favorite, and I've never tried some of the really stinky cheeses like Limburger, which I've heard is DEFINITELY an acquired taste. :D

I think many of our cheeses here in the U.S. are relatively bland compared to their European counterparts, though.
