I've tried just about every cheese you can think of, but this Irish Dubliner is the best I've ever had. It's pungent; it's fantastic.

Any other recommendations for *real* (i.e. pungent) cheese?

Nice and simple but still the best.

I've tried just about every extra sharp cheddar I can find, some aged even 3 years; still not sharp enough for me.

Ahhhh, yeah. I looooove feta on my pizzas, salads, etc., but I can't eat it by itself. I eat the Irish Dubliner by itself, or with an apple/glass of wine.

So if the cheese you are looking for does not exist, how do you know the others are not sharp enough?

Maybe you just dont like it.... ??

Good ol' Tillamook Cheddar... yummy.

I also loved smoked Gouda and fresh Mozzarella... and Myzithra is excellent on spaghetti. ;)

I like sharp cheddar, I'm just saying I'd like for it to be sharper.

Tillamook is good, we finally visited the cheese factory the "tour" is a joke but was kinda (lame) fun.

I haven't got the chance to sample that many cheeses, but I like sharp cheddar cheese. Actually, nacho cheese (Taco Bell) is the best. :D
