I glance to see what the fvck they're looking at but that doesn't mean I hit the brakes at ANY point. I make it a point not to hit the brakes because it'll cause a chain reaction of people who do the same. There's nothing that pisses me off more than that, I swear. I just want to honk the sh!t out of them when they're going through there braking but there's always cops around too...

Generally, you have to. Call the police department on their casual number and ask (or you could call 911 and ask them about the law around your area... )
