What is wrong?

So my bro has this setup:

Athlon XP 2800
512 MB RAM
GeForce 6800XT 256 by XFX

The score in 3dmark03 was at 4547 on 1024x768.

The 9800pro is scoring easily in the mid 5000s it looks like after my google search. So any ideas?

I think the 6800XT is slower than vanilla 6800 so maybe that's the problem?

What exactly is the problem, actually? You changed from a 9800Pro to a 6800XT?

Yea went from 9800 pro to a 6800XT. It is clocked at 350/1050. Pipes unfortunately can't be locked.

Have any idea how well the 6800XT scores in 3dmark03?

His processor is having an impact with 3dmark 2003 score because my Geforce 6600 is getting a score of 5170. You have to remember that the Geforce 6800 XT is the slowest of all of the video cards in the 6800 range.

If you look here you will see what specs the 6800 XT has compared to other Nvidia cards.

Well I formatted his comp. and reinstalled the drivers and is now achieving 5,700 something. So yay I guess.
