I used to do this with customers that were being nasty with me on the phone when I did tech support. It was actually more entertaining than if I had told them to F off. I could sense their anger grow and grow but yet I stayed calm and was very kind with them. They were hoping to get a reaction out of me so they can ask to speak with a manager and they never did get a reaction other than "have a nice day". :awe:

edit: reminds me. i have a handicapped sticker but i rarely use it. walking is good for my hip. anyway seen a kid in a riced out (civic i think) honda park in it. i laughed and started talking to a buddy i was with about how people with mental retardation shouldn't drive. I said something to the effect "take this guy. walks fine in good shape yet parking in a handicap space he must be a mental retard or drunk. same diffrence"

the guy turns around calls me a few names. while im laughing. now that i t hink about it i'm lucky i didn't get my ass kicked.
