What is wrong with my Head???

Wow my head hurts, what should I do? I was walking home from work today and some guy stabbed a screwdriver into my head. It doesn't hurt too bad unless I twist it but my hat won't go on. Should I go to the Doctor or just pull the screwdriver out? If it still hurts on monday I'm going to make a Dr's Appt.
