Happens to most people at some point or other. There is nothing inherently wrong with it. Fight or flight engaged, happens especially to teenagers, hormones and all.

If it doesn't happen chronically I wouldn't worry about it, you'll grow out of it. Try not to focus on it or you'll give yourself anxiety about your anxiety. To reassure yourself try reading that out loud to yourself, then do it in front of a mirror then do it in front of your family. If you don't have trouble with any of those things you're fine and can go about your business. If you do then perhaps you should speak to a doctor.
