What is worse ??? CHEST COLD vs. STOMACH FLU

Stomach flu is worse in that it has momentary periods of absolute horror and disgust. But in between those you can sort of function and get by.

Chest colds suck because you are just weak, wheezy, and worthless.

At least with chest colds I can just curl up on the couch and not have to worry which end I need to point twords the toilet.

Nothing is worse than the stomach flu as far as common diseases go. Luckily I haven't had it in probably 10 years. Well actually I never really get sick, I don't even remember the last time I was really sick

What makes you assume it's flu? People tend to call all infectious diseases 'flu' for some reason, when in reality it's most often not it.

yeah, see ^^ there is no such thing as stomach flu


but a bad cold is worse, it can last for weeks where as the other thing is usually over within 48 hours

stomach flu is worse but they last much shorter

when I get a chest cold it seems to take me 5 weeks to feel normal again and 2-3 weeks of it are misery

so stomach flu is worse but i'd much rather get one than a chest cold
