What is with all the silver and blue?

All I see anymore is stock lian-li brushed aluminum cases with blue LEDs and cathods, what gives?

I mean it looks kind of icey hot but so overdone... no one seems to use much green in their mods

It looks good, and its simple to make something silver and blue look good.

I have a silver case, and I'm getting blue lighting BTW

I think people stay away from green sometime because it looks to "stock". I mean, nearly every case had/has a green power led, along with CDROMS, floppies, keyboard, speaker, and monitor leds..

I personally think that green themes look really good though, like green and black.

This time I'm going with black and blue (Lian Li). Didn't want to get silver becuase it wouldn't match all my other stuff, and I dont see as many Black Lian's.

I prefer UV cathodes with my lian li

It's psychological, blue is a cool color...Blue=cold...Red=hot. I'm guessing that it is as simple as that. Also, I think blue is more soothing to look at.

Yeah, I'm sick of my blue CCFL. I'm gonna spend about 50 bucks on UV lighting (CCFL's, Round Cables, etc etc)
