In a nutshell, it's the internet that is more social/community oriented than it already is. For example, blogs are 1.0, while MySpace and Facebooks are 2.0. ImageShack is 1.0, and Flickr is 2.0. Britannica online is 1.0, while wikipedia is 2.0.
