When a loose capasitor falls out of a static bag that is holding your brand new video card you get kind of scared.

Lucky for me there was just a part that got stuck in the bag with the card.

a capasitor fell off one of my friends mobos and when he plugged it back on (correctly, had another ident board) it just started to smoke. brought the board back and they gave him a new one.
